Three modules share one subscription: guided retrospectives with AI grouping and suggested actions, health checks and maturity models with radar charts and trend lines, and planning-poker estimation. Much of the persuading is left to the plan table: SSO on every plan, US or EU hosting, SOC 2 Type 2, 29 UI languages. The real differentiator is health checks built as a module, not a survey bolted onto a retro board — custom dimensions grouped by category, maturity models, radar charts and trend lines across sprints. Retro facilitation is complete rather than clever: template library, anonymity, AI grouping and suggested actions, private voting, timed phases, action carryover, team agreements, ROTI, word clouds. SAML SSO, RBAC and US-or-EU hosting on every plan is unusual at $50/mo for three teams, and the platform side is genuinely open: a GA MCP server over OAuth 2.1, team-level API keys and HMAC-signed webhooks, all on every plan.
Check the Enterprise wall before signing. Audit logs, SCIM, IP allowlisting, guest and observer roles, programs, and cross-team insights and reports are all Enterprise-only — the mid tiers buy facilitation, not governance. ISO 27001 is inherited from AWS rather than held, hosting is US or EU only despite the Australian HQ, and there is no free tier. The flow is phase-based by design; teams who want a blank canvas will find it opinionated.
