The subhead sells one suite for three rituals: "the software for agile leadership – with team retrospectives, team health checks & 1:1 meetings in one". The Münster team leans on the psychology angle throughout — "50+ retrospective templates curated by Psychologists", 200+ health-check items, psychological-safety prompts — instead of a blank canvas. German hosting on Open Telekom Cloud and a GDPR data processing agreement are pushed hard at European buyers wary of US-hosted SaaS, and pricing is quoted per team rather than per seat.

Our take

The health-check layer is still what Echometer does best: 200+ research-grounded items, custom models, auto-scheduled pulse surveys and a cross-team dashboard that turns six sprints into a trend line. Follow-through is properly wired: open actions resurface in the next retro with email nudges to owners, and one click pushes them to Jira. A brainstorming mode hides cards until the facilitator reveals each column. Three teams of eight cost €87/mo billed annually, hosted only in Germany.

AI stays narrow. The one retro-side function is suggested action items for a topic; grouping is drag-and-drop and the recap email is templated. As of October 2026 Echometer is A/B-testing a retro-preparation chat assistant with some accounts; it isn't generally available, and transcripts belong to the separate 1:1 product.

Integrations are thin: Jira, plus team webhooks that ping Slack, Teams or Google Chat when a retro starts or a survey goes out. No API, no SOC 2, and the public changelog hasn't moved since November 2023.

Best fit: an EU coach who cares more about longitudinal team health than wiring retros into the toolchain.
